Inverted Pyramid is a start-up resource organization working in the area of social interprize, sustainable development (climate chamge), education, health, livelihoods and knowledge management.

We need resource person (s) per diem basis for a workshop to be conducted in area of education and school leadership management.

We are looking for experienced trainers / resource persons for:
 
1. Principal's Leadership Building and School Management.
2. Motivation and other aspects of Personality Development for Principals and School Leaders.
3. Having solid knowledge on School Administration, School Finance & Budget and Curriculum Design (ISC Level).
 
 
We are also looking for experienced trainers for:
 
1. Primary School and Middle School Effective Teaching Session.
2. Effective Child Development at Primary and Middle School Level
3. Curriculum (English, mathematics, science) and cross curriculum learning.

We welcome CVs of both Indian and Non Indian (presently residing in India) having the following qualification:

  • Advanced degree in management, public policy, educatipon, law, economics, development studies, or other relevant field from a very reputed institute.
  • Relevant experience working on issues related to policy processes.
  • Excellent writing and research skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and a project.
  • Develop and implement project strategies and  adapt as opportunities and circumstances unfold ;Motivate staff, manage contractors, and ensure that expected  deliverables are completed on time.
  • Deliver on-the-ground results on time and on budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with teams of individuals and colleagues at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet research.

Remunerations and perks are excellent for these job but negotiable as per the experience and knowledge of the candidates.
