Rothamsted is looking to recruit an enthusiastic scientist with a proven track record who can help develop our strategy and lead research on Photosynthesis.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in plant physiology or biochemistry and preferentially have experience in photosynthetic mechanisms and working with wheat or other crops.
This post is funded for 5 years with a review after 3 years, which if successful, would lead to tenure. The Band D appointment is full time with a starting salary normally in the region of £26,610 to £29,862 per annum.
