Research and Evidence Manager

(This is a full time, permanent post of 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be appointed within the SEO salary range of £35,540 - £40,411 per annum.)

We are now seeking a talented and experienced Research and Evidence Manager. You will be responsible for the development and management of the NFC’s environmental, economic, and societal research activities, as well as the collation and reporting of evidence and data.

The role requires a strategic, innovative, and collaborative approach to develop new methods of measuring, recording, and disseminating the wider benefits resulting from landscape scale forest creation. You will have proven experience and sound working knowledge of GIS and databases, as well as experience of leading on the development of research projects and programmes. Strong and effective relationships will be developed within the NFC and with external partners, including academic and research institutions.
