Request for Tender - Independent Verification of the Fisheries Indicators Linked to Program Disbursements

The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency(FFA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program (PROP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 

FFA invites eligible consulting services ("the Services") include a firm to provide consulting services to annually verify the status of achievement of Disbursement of Linked Indicators (DLIs) for each of the four countries participating in the program (Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Marshall Islands, Solomon Islands and Tuvalu) each year for the duration of the program to September 2020. The firm would be expected to provide one highly qualified specialist to undertake the work. The assignment would be for 15 days per year each year, and a total of 75 working days over the entire period of the assignment.
