Request for Proposals - For the Provision of VMS Services

The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agencies (FFA) requests to hear from experienced organizations who are interested in providing VMS services to the (FFA).

Description of requirements 

This advertisement is an invitation to technical geospatial organizations/services with proven experience, to provide proposals for the provision of FFA VMSservices.

Providers are asked to submit Proposals that will help FFA to identify the market, and an opportunity for providers to demonstrate how they would meet themanagement, quality, safeguarding requirements and performance standards to ensure the integrity of the FFA VMS is upheld.

The responses received will:

• Assist FFA in understanding the resources needed to provide this service and to establish the appropriate service standards.

• Be used to short list respondents from which an offer will be made to provide a best and final offer.

Should your proposal be shortlisted, the opportunity will be made available to provide further detail specifications and costing, an interview may be required.

Submit Questions in response to RFP by: 5:00PM 30 November 2012
