Renewable Energy Specialist

Due to significant success within the Renewable Energy business our client is looking for a talented individual to complement its project delivery team. Responsibilities will include project delivery on a wide range of renewable energy projects predominantly windfarm feasibility and planning work
Experience required
First DegreeBSc/BEng Engineering, Geography, Environmental
Second Degree MSc Renewable Energy preferred (or significant relevant experience)
The job focus is Project Management; Project Delivery; Product/Service Development; Sector/Business Development
Experience required:
A Broad range of renewable energy-related project experience covering site selection, project feasibility and outline site design; experience of developing and maintaining GIS services (essential)
Experience of environmental assessment of wind farms and/or wind farm construction advantageous. You will need to be computer literate with experience of industry standard energy appraisal and CAD and/or GIS software packages and ideally currently employed by a wind farm developer. Typically it is expected that the successful candidate to have around 2-3 years relevant work experience. Knowledge of WaSP or other wind analysis tools an advantage.
