A renewable energy business development manager is needed in France on a permanent basis.

My client is an established and world recognised environmental and renewable energy firm with a wide global reach. Their main focus is in providing environmental solutions to private and public entities alike. CORE CRITERIA:
My client is seeking an experienced business developer with a proven track record to expand their business within the French market. Extensive knowledge of the French renewable energy market is essential and a network of contacts within the market would be beneficial. My client is keen to see candidates who have experience in selling renewable energy solutions to a variety of clients and on a variety of scales.

Responsibilities:
• Actively seeking and developing relations with prospective c level clients across France and engaging them in the solutions my client can provide.
• Work closely with area directors to establish a clear portfolio of solutions offered and develop clear channels through which business can be developed
• Manage negotiation processes between my  client and prospective clients with the aim of successfully reaching a contractual agreement
• Directing the business development efforts in certain key areas across France to ensure maximum potential market coverage
Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in business development
• 5 + years in the renewable energy sector
• Extensive Knowledge of the French renewable energy market
• Bilingual French and English
• Ambitious and target driven
• Business acumen
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
