The Position
This Relationship Marketing Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager Relationship Marketing and the Account Executives. The right individual will be a key contributor in the Account Services team and will be responsible for account set up in Sales Force and providing administrative duties to this group.
Responsibilities
- Manage account set up in Sales Force.
- Onboard new accounts including answering administrative questions and providing the tools needed, as well as, teaching new accounts how to use the partner portal.
- Maintain Sungevity’s “mass market” training program.
- Improve tools and processes for training our partner accounts
- Serve as first point of contact for all account administrative questions and concerns
- Be the Liaison with finance operations to report metrics, account payments etc.
Requirements:
- BS Marketing or Business
- Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, and highly organized and have strong administrative skills.
- Enjoys working independently and in a Collaborative environment
- Familiarity with a CRM and/or SalesForce is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about Solar a must.
