COME TO Greenpeace CEE as Regional Learning & Development Manager
(40hrs/week; Warsaw, Poland)

Your competencies:
• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources development or similar
• Expertise and experience with state of the art staff development and learning methodology as well as implementation
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English are a prerequisite
• Excellent planning and organising skills; digital competencies
• Being a team player, assertive and proactive, able to work in an international environment • Strong interest in people, their development and in Human Resources issues in general

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Identify learning and development requirements on individual as well as organisational level
• Develop, administer and analyse learning related information e.g. policies, budgets, providers, KPIs
• Contribute to the development of the organisation and culture by conceptualizing and realizing regional learning and development solutions
• Support, advise and empower management in any learning and development solutions
• Manage learning and development events in the region in terms of budgeting, planning, realization and evaluation
• Connect with the global Greenpeace learning & development community.
