Market leader in technology and products for the Power industry and Power-production (turbines / gensets).

OVERVIEW: 
– Full PL Responsiblity for the India contient operations – based in India, Bangaldesh or Srilanka based on nationality and experience. 
– Lead and develop the regional teams and set a solid management example for the company. 
– Evaluate the market conditions and grow the company / realign as needed to ensure a dominate position. 
– Develop and build the local operations including applications, sales and engineering as needed with the business growth.

SCOPE: 
– Full PL for the regional operations including staff planning and hiring. 
– Expansion and development focused.

COMPANY: Our client is a leading international power products, equipment and software manufacturer. They have been growing throughout APAC and are in need of a stable leader in the India region.

– Do you have full PL experience and have you managed a full business / division in India, Bangaldesh or Srilanka? 
– Are you strong in the power products and equipment market and working with an international company?
