We seek a Regional Development Manager (RDM) to serve as the primary fundraising liaison between all departments within development and the region (to be specified as one or more centers). The Regional Development Manager has four primary functions: 1) Manage a portfolio of regional donors/prospects for cultivation and gift solicitation and regional councils 2) oversee support for the regional fundraising activities of the Regional Executive Directors, 3) stay abreast of all programmatic activity within the region, including the fundraising needs for the programs, 4) to deploy the appropriate staff and departments within development to ensure those fundraising needs for the region are met. The Regional Development Manager will work closely with the Director of Regional Development and the Regional Executive Director to assess their fundraising needs and support the development and implementation of an annual fundraising plan.
