Recycling Support Officer

Bedford Borough Council is a newly created Unitary Council with a real challenge. Our challenge is to reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill and dramatically improve the Council’s recycling rate by significantly increasing participation in Recycling Services. To this end Bedford Borough will shortly be implementing a new recycling scheme designed for multiple occupancy housing and flats. In order to ensure this scheme is a success we require a Recycling Support Officer to assist in planning, promoting and monitoring the scheme.
