Working with hiring managers, agencies and HR colleagues, you’ll be expected to deliver an excellent service, so significant recruitment experience is essential. You’ll also need to demonstrate outstanding negotiation and communication skills, have the ability to establish credibility quickly and prioritise multiple deadlines in a pressurised environment.
