As we embark on our most ambitious campaign for decades, the Protection of the High Arctic from over industrialisation, this is an important time to boost financial support for Greenpeace’s work.

In addition, ambitious expansion plans needed to support our truly global campaigns, make this is an exciting time for fundraising at Greenpeace UK. With over 60% of our income coming from our regular giving programme, this role is pivotal to our long-term financial success.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Fundraiser to take on the important task of helping to grow our donor recruitment programme, with a focus on digitally integrated campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Recruitment and working with our Recruitment and Digital Fundraising Co-ordinators, you will take the lead in new and developing supporter recruitment initiatives, like lead generation and conversion by integrating fundraising with our environmental campaign mobilisation.

The role is fast paced and requires an independent thinker who is happy working on everything from daily results analysis and data management to development of creative testing and strategic planning.

What you will need…..

  • Experience in digital response-driven marketing, and/or lead generation and conversion marketing.
  • Significant experience of initiating and managing pressured supporter recruitment projects using a range of media including digital channels, telephone, press, advertising, or mail.
  • Experience of using data to inform testing of campaigns and shape current and future projects. Highly numerate with enthusiasm for analysis-driven direct marketing.
  • Ability to produce precise and accurate briefs as well as manage the day-to-day contact with the necessary agencies.

Lastly, and most importantly, you will need to demonstrate a genuine passion for Greenpeace’s mission and enthusiasm for learning about our campaigns.
