Finding the right individuals to represent the organisation on the Supporter Engagement team as Outreach Campaigners and Telefundraisers and giving them the best training possible is key to the success of the programme.

The Recruitment and Training specialist will work to recruit, hire and train an amazing nationwide team. He or she will be responsible for delivering effective recruitment and initial training whilst also supporting the realm in its development to provide the best possible outcome.
