Background

Change Agents UK is a national sustainability and educational charity and not-for-profit organisation based in Oakham, Rutland. Previously known as Student Force for Sustainability, Change Agents UK has been recruiting, training and supporting graduates (or ‘Change Agents’, as they are known) into employment in the sustainability sector since 1996.

Objective

The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for assisting the team in recruiting graduates for work placements and other career opportunities in the sustainability sector.

The role also involves working to improve our processes and providing excellent customer service.

Future employment potential

The role is a fixed term role for 6 months. The post will be reviewed after 3 & 6 months with extensions based on performance and funding. There are possibilities for progression internally which may become available during the position.
