This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join WWF in its 50th Anniversary year and play a key role in our busy headquarters office. As our Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective supporters and for those making general enquiries about our organisation. You will be vital to us as someone who can shape the success of future collaborations by making an outstanding first impression on our stakeholders both on the telephone and in person. You will have extensive experience as an established receptionist and administrator and experience of switchboard operation is essential. Smart in appearance and professional at all times, you will be able to prioritise your work and carry out this work under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential and you will be expected to communicate with senior directors and trustees as well as dealing with all visitors and contractors. In addition to your reception duties, you will be asked to keep detailed records of occupancy and visitor numbers and will be required to carry out general administrative tasks. A high level of IT experience will be required and in particular experience of Microsoft Outlook and Excel would be an advantage. This role may be suitable for a job share so part time applications will be considered. For more information refer to the job description. Additional Information Salary: £17,400 - £18,500 per annum (subject to job evaluation outcome)
