Description

Together with Senior Quality Specialist/Directors you will work on APQP and PPAP quality projects in Vestas Technology. The projects will be related to internal factories primarily but at time may include supporting external supplier quality development


Tasks will also be within Quality systems and Awareness, including:

  • Preparation for and actual auditing of Technology to ensure quality deliveries Coaching and mentoring Six Sigma Green Belt projects related to APQP and PPAP activities
  • Assist Quality Senior Specialist as required
Qualifications:
We expect you to hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, including a good knowledge of Quality Control systems and methodologies and/or Project work involving change management or Quality Control Systems
Furthermore:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company, including but not limited to, automotive, aerospace or renewable energy
  • Several years of experience in quality assurance and control working with manufacturing or product development, including PPAP /APQP implementation either in document reception/review/approval or in preparation and submission
  • Several years of experience in completing or reviewing DFMEAs, PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC/CpK analyses and Global 8Ds
  • High level of Six Sigma education (Green Belt or Black Belt Certification)
  • You pose excellent English skills and is a strong communicator
  • You are analytical and has a good common sense and is able to see the “bigger picture”
  • Is able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
  • Has a high personal drive and get things done in a positive way
