As a member of the EU-ITER Department of 'Fusion for Energy', and reporting to the Head of the ITER Project Office and on quality indirectly to the overall QA Responsible Officer, the Quality Assurance Technical Support Officer will be responsible to actively provide support in the Quality Assurance field.
The successful candidate will, among other tasks:
In the area of Quality Assurance:
• Liaise with the inline management and provide support in all topics involving Quality Assurance (QA);
• Support the implementation of the F4E Quality Management System, also by developing processes, procedure and templates as needed;
• Assist the Project Team Managers and Task Officers on quality activities such as monitoring, audits, documentation review, conformance processes, etc.;
• Support the EU-ITER Department in the relationship with external QA representatives (i.e. ITER International Organization and Suppliers);
• Follow-up the F4E contracts on outsourced QA activities (i.e. inspection, etc.)
In the area of Project Coordination:
• Support the inline management officers on the project management tasks;
• Provide support for the storage of all technical documents in the F4E document management system.
