PV Systems Installer, New Jersey, USA. $45k-$65k + Bonus

My Client is one of the leading solar manufacturing solution providers across the globe. Specializing initially in ingot, wafer, cell and module production, the group have now successfully developed into the solar systems integration market with our leading tracking systems. They are looking to recruit  an installer.

Position Overview:

My client is  seeking an experienced installer to join the projects team.  

Responsibilities:-

• ·         Lead engineer on programs involving power electronics system and detailed design
• ·         lead design engineer in the areas of concept, hardware design and component selection
• ·         Working with vendors to develop special components
• ·         Working with manufacturing to build prototypes, perform tests, software validation and certification
• ·         Troubleshooting as well as control strategy development
• ·         Performing calculations for electrical loads, AC and DC voltage drops, conduit and conductor sizing, fault current, one-line diagrams and over current protection devices

Education:-

• ·         Must have strong engineering background (degree in the area of electrical engineering preferred )

Core Requirements:-

• At least 4-5 years relevant technical experience
• Proven track record within this area

• ·         Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and detecting realistic solutions

General Requirements:-

• Ability to travel

• ·         Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
• ·         Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
• ·         Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
