Project Supervisor

Job title - Project Supervisor . based in Bridgend

Salary: £16,397.52 pro rata

BTCV is the UK’s leading practical conservation charity working with people from all sectors of the community in positive action to improve the environment.

We are seeking to recruit a Project Supervisor in Bridgend to recruit, induct and organise the grass cutting operatives and volunteers, supporting and supervise them through a range of volunteering opportunities that are suitable for a wide range of needs, ages and abilities, providing them with relevant training as part of a volunteering opportunity or part of working with a community or other group.

The successful candidate will have practical experience of:
• Working with Staff & Volunteers.
• Supervising and motivating staff & volunteers
• Delivering commercial contracts
• Knowledge of grass cutting techniques and processes
• Maintaining and repairing grass cutting machinery and equipment.

This will be a temporary position until 30th September 2012

30 hours per week

A full clean or near clean driving licence is essential.
