The Project Officer assists the Director and Managers, Indigenous Partnerships to implement procedures and processes to manage and coordinate the delivery and reporting of the Land and Sea Country Indigenous Partnerships Program of the Reef Rescue Plan across the Agency.  The position will be required to implement and maintain systems to provide for accurate and timely reporting and management of information for the Indigenous Partnerships Group.  The position will also undertake project management and participate in reporting and evaluation activities as part of the overall Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Improvement (MERI) program for the Reef Rescue Land and Sea Country Indigenous Partnerships Program (RRLSCIPP).

This is an identified position where part or all of the duties involve interaction with Indigenous Australian communities or their representatives.  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.  Applicants applying for this Identified position must supply a reference from an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person, group or organisation.
