• Albany-based, full-time position
• Salary $70,820 - 74,845 - contract to June 30, 2014
We are seeking a suitably qualified person for the position of Project Officer (Cultural Connections) to develop plans and strategies which will increase the Aboriginal community’s participation in natural resource management.
As part of the Cultural Heritage and Community team, the successful candidate will have a proven background in negotiating, consulting and networking with community groups and government agencies to develop management plans.
You must also be able to demonstrate experience of project management, including procurement and contracting and hold a current ‘C’ Class driver’s licence.
Formal qualifications, or demonstrated employment in natural resource management or a related field are desirable.
