Our Project Manager is responsible for the development, oversight and delivery of completed projects to support client commitments and contract deliverables.  Projects may include program pilots, start-ups, audits and community outreach initiatives, requiring thorough planning, timelines, action plans, reporting, internal and external communications, and resource management to ensure successful completion.   

• Develops project plans and timelines to achieve project deliverables. Develops action plans, communication plans, and timetables to support overall project goals and objectives
• Develops tools and reporting needed to ensure client goals and program requirements are met.    Analyze results and prepare monthly management and client reports as needed.  Develop and manage project budget schedules
• Manages project components to ensure delivery of results on time and within budget.  Indentify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Manage interface with program staff, client representatives, contractors and homeowners as projects requires.  Prepare and deliver internal and client presentations as needed.  Provide exemplary service to all constituents, promote program and CSG. 
• Act as client/customer liaison in facilitating the resolution of high level issues, troubleshooting or promoting program goals to community groups or individual customers. 
• Support CSG clients by developing strong relationships between the program and community groups to promote education and understanding of program services and operational goals.   Collaborate with community groups to respond to and address their needs and interests.
• Stays current on latest Program initiatives, policies, procedures, etc. and proposing ideas for improvement. 
• Develop and foster strong business relationships to promote CSG, energy efficiency and program goals.
