myclimate – The Climate Protection Partnership foundation was established to develop innovative carbon offset solutions and promote the use of renewable energies and energy-efficient technologies. The internationally oriented Swiss foundation is a worldwide leader in providing carbon management measures for the voluntary and compliance market encouraging a low-carbon society.

The Carbon Offset Project Division is engaged in identifying and developing worldwide energy projects for climate protection, which meet the highest standards of social and ecological sustainability. The project methodology is based on the flexible mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol and applied through the myclimate network in cooperation with external partners on site.

Project Manager – Carbon Offset Projects (100%)

As Project Manager you will identify, develop and manage high quality carbon offset projects worldwide and prepare the project documentation through our international partner network. In addition, you will manage consultancy assignments and contribute to the strategy development of the division. We provide attractive offices in the heart of Zurich and possibilities for regular travel abroad.

You have at least five years professional experience with a college or university degree and have proven experience with energy / carbon offset projects and the CDM and JI market. You are communicative, motivated, team-oriented and able to work under pressure. You are able to quickly adapt to new challenges and interact easily with culturally diverse stakeholders. In addition to German, excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, are required. Additional languages are desirable. EU working permission or equivalent working permission is required.
