Description

The Gola Rainforest Programme is an exciting long-term initiative supporting the management of a critical landscape in Sierra Leone which is a global priority for biodiversity conservation. As part of a Comic Relief funded project with Twin and the Rainforest Alliance, the RSPB is seeking a dynamic Project Manager-Rainforest Friendly Cocoa to manage the day-to-day strategic and operational implementation to deliver the objectives of a the Rainforest Friendly Cocoa Project. You will have skills and experience in planning, budgeting, implementing workplans, and monitoring and evaluation, as well as building capacity in these areas. You will also have a strong background in development/agriculture/natural resource management, be practically minded, and be passionate about conservation.

Salary

£24,000 to £26,000 plus relocation and accommodation
