Are you interested in the conservation of St Helena’s unique habitats and want to contribute to the biggest conservation project on the Island?

A sub-tropical island of spectacular and beautiful landscapes in the South Atlantic with a warm and friendly population of 4,500, St Helena is a self-governing overseas territory of the UK, poised for total transformation with the imminent opening of an international airport.

St Helena Government is looking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver the Airport Project’s Landscape and Ecology Mitigation Programme (LEMP). The Project Manager will have day-to-day management responsibility for the LEMP, from designing and programming works to ensuring delivery on the ground. The Project Manager will have supervision responsibility for an in-house team but will also need to engage closely with the private sector and NGOs in relation to subcontracted works.

Contract duration – 31st March 2018 with the potential to renew

We offer an extensive benefits package with 30 days leave pa and which will include a contributory pension plus generous income tax-free allowances including travel and freight.
