Project Manager - Independent Inspection Services

Role Purpose

GL Garrad Hassan is the world's largest independent technical and engineering consultancy for renewable energy. We are the recognised global authority on onshore and offshore wind power and also serve the wave, tidal and solar sectors.

An opportunity exists in our Operational Services Group for a Project Manager - Independent Inspection Services. The Project Manager - Inspection Services position is based in our Austin, TX North America office.

The primary focus of this role is leading the development and commercial operation of GL Garrad Hassan's Independent Inspection Services to the wind industry in North America.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Business management and coordination of inspections services across US and Canada;
• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of field work, data analyst, and reports of independent inspections to clients;
• Securing and scheduling a pipeline of independent inspections services with existing and new clients;
• Building a profitable inspection business within North America and reporting financials to department head of operational services;
• Develop and streamline working instructions and processes; and
• Coordinating with colleagues internationally to support the development and standardization of GL Garrad Hassan independent inspection services worldwide.
