My client largest solar module manufacturers in Europe and a leading supplier of photovoltaic systems for large-scale solar power plants.
Core Criteria:-
My client is seeking an experienced individual who will play an essential role in the successful financing of European and International solar projects.
Responsibilities:-
- · Origination of financial and corporate equity sponsors for solar PV power plants
- · Assisting in identifying financing banks, preparing information memorandum, negotiation with banks & equity investors
- · Assisting external agencies(valuators, lawyers, tax advisors etc)
- · Structuring and negotiation of project finance loan documentation and share purchase agreements
- · Part of the cash flow modelling team
- · Establishing investment structure for funds (legal, financial etc.)
- · Project development, acquisition strategy and external advisors coordination
- · Play a significant part in the whole project cycle from origination to execution of solar PV power plant project financing
- · Responsible for financial advisory, negotiation of finance and project documentation
- · Equity raising and project sale negotiations
- · Negotiation of all the project contracts (EPC, O&M, land lease, etc)
- · Assist in conducting a detailed risk analysis for each project
- · Identifying potential buyers of power plants
Education:-
- · Must have strong finance background (Master degree in Finance is preferred)
Core Requirements:-
- At Least 2 years experience in project financing
- Strong knowledge of project finance, including structuring and negotiation of financings
- · Hands-on approach on existing investments
- · International business development and origination
- · Critical assessment and due diligence of investment opportunities

- · Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high quality results
- · Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
Key Skills:
Renewable energy, strong finance background (Master degree in Finance is preferred), large-scale PV projects, team leadership and a good experience in project financing.
