The Project Director will provide dynamic and effective leadership for the implementation of the project throughout Central America. The Project Director will directly supervise and provide technical support and guidance to the Rainforest Alliance program staff working within the project (Sustainable Forestry, Climate and Agriculture programs), as well as to multiple sub-award partners or contractors. S/he will ensure compliance with all project commitments, including delivery of quality reports and compliance with performance indicators. S/he will be accountable for supervision of regional staff and coordinate with consultants on agreement scope of work and subsequent deliverables hired for this project and serve as the principal liaison with donors and project partners.
