Project Development Manager

An influential global energy renewable company is seeking to hire a Project Development Manager to lead projects based in the heart of Sydney. You will play a key role in the organisation's investments in their key projects.

Key responsibilities of the Project Developer Manager include:

• Develop projects for infrastructure projects that include solar and wind

• End-to-end project process management Land negotiation, Land surveyor and Contract negotiation experience

• Conducting project due diligence for Utility sized energy projects (solar/wind)

• Developing Utility Sized projects

• Dealing with international companies/EPC contracts

Key Requirements include:

• At least 5 years Project Development experience in Renewable industry

• Handled contracts and negotiations with local authorities and locals

• Professional English language proficiency, additional languages are a plus
