Description

My client is one of the world's top providers of smart solar solutions (PV products, applications and services) to promote global sustainable development. They have achieved more than 30GW solar modules, holding on close to one-tenth of the total world market share.

 

They are looking for a Project Development Manager in Australia dealing with PPAs contract and EPC (Utility Scale Solar Project Plant) The role can be based anywhere in Australia.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Establish solar power plant project opportunities(utility scale) for the company, PPAs will be one of the main topic
  • Spearhead business plans and project development within Australia market for the solar power plant project in
  • Build the network of key personnel, with developers, EPCs and financiers.
  • Perform due diligence and investigate on info and specs for the project, resource and site assessment, feasibility studies, environmental, interconnection issues and risk assessment, secure land through land lease agreement or purchase

 

  • Identify international/local partners, negotiate or support the negotiation of commercial transactions and assist with project financing if required.
  • Define project scope, budget, execution strategies, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
  • Analyse economic, regulatory and demographic factors which impact upon the project development and formalise project documentations and other required arrangements, such as TOR, tender documents, specifications, etc.
