Job Overview:

 ZSL is seeking a new role of, Project Development Manager to help drive forward the society’s mission by working with the teams across its global and regional conservation programmes to design and deliver a portfolio of large-scale project proposals and all associated fundraising materials. The post holder will be based in London and will report to the Senior Policy Advisor.

 

Person Specification:

A successful candidate will have an in depth understanding of key issues relevant to biodiversity conservation;  a strong track record of developing successful nature / environmental conservation focussed fundraising proposals, including the development of project log frames; a working knowledge of large-scale philanthropic foundations’, bilateral and multi-lateral donor priorities;  excellent written and spoken English and strong organisational, interpersonal and presentation skills;.
