Role Title:Project coordinator
Reporting to: Business Manager
Hours:37.5 hours

£16,000 - £25,000 pa

 
 You want to work in a challenging environment and be part of a team which promotes and advises on sustainability best practices?  The Environment Centre (tEC) provides practical support to companies, schools, community groups, the public sector, and individuals.We need innovative, results-driven individuals to be a part of the Business and Community team. As project coordinator, your role will be to: 
  • Develop and deliver sustainability improvement projects, addressing key issues ranging from community development, climate change adaptation;
  • Coordinate the day to day administration of the Business Support Network;
  • Organise and prepare events;
  • Deliver environmental surveys, audits, research and presentations to businesses and the public;
  • Participate in grant applications.
 A key part of the role is to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from the public, private and voluntary sectors that will make this work achievable. As well as being focused, self-reliant with strong organisational skills, you will have:
  • A relevant degree;
  • Experience in working with SMEs and / or public bodies;
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
