Job Information
The Project Coordinator serves as the single post-sale point of contact for Real Goods Solar customers and manages the customer experience throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for being a subject-matter expert on all processes associated with the installation of Real Goods Solar Residential PV installations. This includes learning current processes and incorporating new processes that emerge in an ever-changing environment.
Interacts with customers via telephone and email according to Real Goods Solar customer communication protocol throughout the duration of the project life cycle
Coordinates with customers and Site Techs to schedule site survey appointments
Coordinates with other Project Administration Team members to collect project documents for customer signatures
Communicates with other departments internally as necessary to ensure project milestones and customer expectations are met
Prepares project information for handoff to Operations team for installation
Responds to customer inquiries and manages problem resolution
Maintains accurate Salesforce.com data and interconnection documentation
Other tasks as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
College educated
Job related experience in customer service and project coordination
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, or equivalent
Can communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
Excellent telephone communication skills
Must be able to research and analyze problems and make independent decisions
Strong ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks with minimal errors
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
