Project Coordinator

Description

PECI is seeking a Project Coordinator to be primary support to the Contractor Channel team for a multi-state residential energy efficiency program. The PC will perform a range of program support tasks including creating and managing systems for tracking projects and associated deliverables, collecting data and reporting results, monitoring documents for compliance with regulatory and contract requirements, and coordinating within and across various program teams. Candidates must have experience prioritizing and coordinating multiple high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines. Project Coordinators work with contractors as well as field- and Portland-based staff to help initiate and deliver energy efficiency projects. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating team meetings, outings, communication and record-keeping
  • Support administration of a new qualified contractor network (including entry into network, orientation/training and on-going monitoring of adherence to program requirements)
  • Regularly update internal tracking tools to monitor performance and for reporting purposes
  • Modify database and tracking tool structure to ensure efficiencies and functionality
  • Monitor all aspects of the budget including labor hours and direct expenses
  • Coordinate program documentation and filing protocols
  • Integrate inputs from multiple team members into comprehensive documents
  • Develop and process internal and external documents for Quality Control: consistency, program accuracy, format, structure.
  • Monitor market trends, building codes and other programs’ incentives or financial assistance
