Project Construction Manager

Coillte Enterprise division have an exciting opportunity for Project Construction Managers to project manage large scale multi-contract Coillte Wind Energy projects through the project pre-construction, project funding and construction stages to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to the requisite Standards and a proactive approach to management of Project Risks.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in project management leading multi-disciplinary teams in large-scale Infrastructure Project Delivery, preferably in a Wind Energy environment, with a record of strong performance management and achievement.  

The role involves responsibility for managing the tender/negotiation process, preparing the project delivery plan, development and implementation of the Community Engagement Plan and implementation of best practice in stakeholder management and consultation, project controls, and performance management.

The successful candidate will ensure robust management of project schedule, budget and risk register, to ensure projects delivered on-time, on-budget to the requisite standards. 

The ideal candidate will be hold a degree in Engineering (or relevant discipline) and have excellent interpersonal, people management with excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.

The locations on offer for these roles are Wicklow, Cork, Laois, Tipperary, Mayo, Roscommon or Galway.  This is a specific purpose contract linked to the successful completion of individual Windfarm projects. The salary on offer for this position will be €60,000 - €75,000 depending on experience plus Benefits Package.
