This project co-manages two protected forest reserves in order to stop illegal poaching of African wildlife (elephants, antelopes, monkeys, leopards) stop deforestation; protect and conserve biodiversity (animals, birds, insects, plants and trees). The Project Assistant performs his/her duties under the supervision of a Field Manager on activities related to the above objectives, including interaction with local communities to help protect and conserve the forest and wildlife through education, wildlife law enforcement and income generating activities.
