Project Assistant
Location: Oregon - Portland HQ Office

Description

PECI is seeking a Project Assistant to join our PG&E AirCare Plus team and implement and administer the Northern California HVAC Tune-Up Program. This position will play a critical role interacting with the program’s contractors to move activity forward. Strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal and adaptive skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be performance-oriented with strong MS Word, Excel and phone skills. This position will have tasks ranging from data entry to contractor communications on a daily basis, and working collaboratively with the team to meet program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying customer eligibility for work by contractors
  • Entry of customer information into the AirCare Plus database for contractors
  • Processing rebate applications: reviewing data and assessing technical requirements against applications submitted
  • Running monthly reports for quality assurance
  • Small projects as assigned to meet client deliverables
  • Respond to Program needs under the direction of senior staff to support program, client and market changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or coordination role required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Data entry expertise
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies
  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Consistent follow-through
  • Time management proficiency and efficiency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-direct and initiate tasks with limited information if needed
  • Ability to understand and assimilate technical information
  • High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
