Project Assistant (part-time 17.5 hours per week): UK Sand Dune and Shingle Network

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term post to assist in the development and delivery of the UK Sand Dune and Shingle Network. This is a HEIF-funded post to increase the capacity of the successful HEIF Coastal Network activities.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of coastal dune and shingle ecology and management, having studied to degree-level in a relevant subject area. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as IT skills which include the use of GIS, databases and website management. The post will be based at Liverpool Hope University, although the post holder may be required to travel within the UK and Europe on occasion.
