Title: Project Administrator

Summary: To support the Foundation's conservation award-making activities by administering grants and contracts from project proposal to project closure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate grant agreements, contracts, and amendments.
  • Review programmatic and financial reports to determine compliance.
  • Prepare project disbursement requests.
  • Respond to inquiries from grant recipients.
  • Monitor projects for activity and request information from recipients.
  • Manage project database records.
  • Assist with Foundation's telephone switchboard as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Some college preferred.
  • One to two years of relevant experience; such experience may include internships.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
  • Computer proficiency.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
