Project Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Gold Coast team.  In this role your main focus will be to provide high level project, finance and safety support to a highly dedicated team of Environmental Scientists.  This is a challenging role with lots of variety on offer, so no two days will be the same.

Essential Selection criteria 

• Demonstrated high level skills, knowledge and understanding of administration and project support services including the use of project management software.
• Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, time charging and progress payment invoicing.
• Experience with OH&S systems and reporting.
• Outstanding client relationship management and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Suite skills including the ability to format complex documents and create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• A commitment to reliability and flexibility with working hours.

The following skills and attributes would be highly regarded:

• Experience in a consulting environment
• Experience in the construction or resources industry.
• Experience as a Safety Representative or Advisor
