Avisure is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a highly experienced and skilled administration professional to play a key role in the management of domestic and international projects. Based in the head office and reporting directly to the Avisure Manager, you will provide outstanding support across all areas of the business including a diverse range of administrative functions.

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator with strong skills in tendering, procurement, logistics, safety, cost control and reporting.

Selection Criteria

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Qualifications in Business/Project Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills and experience in providing high level project support and administration in a professional services or similar environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills including the ability to format intricate documents and design complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong focus on numeracy, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in the development and application of safe operating procedures and willingness to promote safety culture.
  • Flexibility and availability to service both national and international time zones and business requirements.

 

The following skills and attributes would be highly regarded:

 

  • CRM/Project Management Database experience including system administration and support.
  • Financial and commercial administration experience.
  • International business administration experience.
