Job title - Programme Support Assistant . based in Cardiff

Salary: £13,987.08

As a Programme Support Assistant you will be required to provide essential support to the centre and Programme Manager in various areas including daily and weekly reporting, various data management and administration duties. This is an excellent opportunity to work in varied and interesting job within an established and experienced team.

You will also be required to: 
• Collate and distribute information such as daily, weekly and monthly statistics.
• Assist team with data entry ensuring ‘in work’ compliance standards are met e.g. job start information
• Assisting with delivery of the contract e.g. updating action plans for delivery staff as and when required
• Tracking customer attendance
• Maintain staff diaries 
• Respond to incoming and outgoing communication, such as emails, faxes, mail, telephone calls and greeting visitors and assist with any other area of delivery as and when required.

Key Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Experienced in using databases, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Good Excel skills and experience of working with spreadsheets
- Collate, analyse and disseminate statistical data
- Deliver accurate work to a good standard, and show attention to detail.
- Prioritise tasks and work to agreed timescales
- Manage self and own responsibilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Maintaining manual and electronic management information systems e.g. diary system

3 Month Temporary Contract 
37.5 hours per week
