WWF India, one of the country’s largest conservation organizations is looking for enthusiastic young individuals to help WWF-India raise funds to expand and upscale the conservation work across the nation. The focus of the position will be to achieve the defined Unit fundraising goals & targets.
Location: WWF-India Secretariat, New Delhi
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management/ Social Work.
Experience: At least 6-8 years experience and excellent organizational skills in fund-raising operations of channels involving Face 2 Face, Telemarketing & Direct Mail.  Computer literate – proven experience of working in advanced word processing/ spreadsheet/ accounting packages.

Specific Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement & monitor efficient processes and controls for donor management
  • Maintain close contact with  agencies, banks, internal staff on  operating processes
  • Accurate & prompt update of the data management system, as per operating process.  
  • Quality & timely servicing to donors, agencies etc.
  • Preparation of periodic sales / operations & efficiency MIS.

Remuneration will be competitive with Indian NGO pay scales and will depend upon candidate’s experience levels and the overall WWF-India salary structure. WWF-India does not provide housing, telephone or vehicle facilities.
