Programme Manager (Construction)

Coillte Enterprise division have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager who will be responsibility for delivery of the Business Case objectives for large scale multi-contract Coillte Wind Energy projects through the project execution stages, ensuring best practice throughout the lifecycle of the project, and adherence to Coillte compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a track record at a senior level in large scale project delivery in a wind farm construction environment.

The role involves responsibility for stewardship of the project business case, preparation of capital budget approval submissions, leading the commercial management and negotiation of technical service providers and project supply chain contracts, leadership and management of in-house project managers and technical specialists to deliver the project objectives of projects.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, in accordance with realistic milestones to the requisite quality, safety and environmental management standards.  They will also ensure continuous underpinning of the Coillte brand though high performance and quality delivery of projects. 

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills and hold a degree in Engineering or related discipline with a commitment to best practice and continuous improvement.

This role will be based in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow and is a fixed term 3 year contract.  The salary on offer for this position will be €75,000 - €85,000 depending on experience plus Benefits Package.
