ETI is looking for a Programme Consultant in Turkey to work with stakeholders in the apparel and textile sector in Turkey to implement the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) through the establishment, and on-going management, of a local platform – which brings together business, trade unions and civil society to raise awareness and capacity and enable workplace social dialogue to address the root causes of the labour rights issues of vulnerable workers.
We are looking for someone with experience of working at a senior level in corporate and/or labour rights environments; a thorough understanding of business and labour relations in the Turkish apparel and textile sector; a proven track record of successful delivery of programmes in a related field in a multi-stakeholder environment and a track record in membership environment – including leading groups in collaborative planning; decision-making; and problem-solving.
