Programme Administration Assistant (AD893)BUSINESS AND BIODIVERSITY | Fixed term, full-time, Support OfficerSalary depending on skills and experience Closing date: 2015-05-15 This post provides administrative, organisational and technical support to the Business and Biodiversity (BBP) Programme at WCMC. As Programme Administration Assistant, you will use your excellent organisational and administrative skills to support the programme with activities such as organising meetings and supporting travel planning. You will act as communications focal point for the programme, including review, update and publishing of website content, compile internal bulletins and reports from the Programme. You will be provided with valuable exposure to our numerous projects and will play a key role in supporting project administration by maintaining excellent programme information management records and running internal reports. You will be highly organised enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks and requests and preferably have experience in a scientific field, particularly with natural or social sciences focus. You will have an understanding of the essential characteristics of successful partnership-building and will be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively.
