Program Services Officer

• Full time contract until June 2015 with possibility of extension (parental leave replacement)
• Salary of $59,264 inclusive of 10% superannuation
• Work in the award winning green building while bringing people together to champion the true value of our environment

The Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) stands for ecological sustainability. We get to the heart of environmental problems by tackling the underlying social and economic causes and has been a strong and effective voice for the environment for more than 45 years.

Members are vital to ACF’s work. The Program Services Officer works as part of the Marketing Business Services team that is responsible for engaging with ACF’s members and supporters and providing them with exceptional customer service in order to retain members and grow our membership and supporter base. The role involves a balance of speaking to members, answering phone and email queries and processing large volumes of gifts on our database. We are therefore looking for a customer service superstar; someone who is excited about the important work that ACF does and knows how to get our members and supporters excited about it to.
