Responsibilities:

The Program Operations Manager is responsible for leading a well-coordinated team in the delivery of strategies for efficient and effective program implementation, overseeing day-to-day operations, client relationship management, operational and financial reporting and analysis, and incentive processing. The Manager will also be responsible for working closely with Clean Energy Works and Energy Trust program management and CSG staff in an effort to improve the efficiency and comfort of customer’s homes. 

  • Directs day to day operational management. Supervises and produces monthly client reports in conjunction with regional operations director and staff.
  • Reviews monthly client reports in conjunction with the regional operations director to find trends and areas for improvements in the following months.
  • Prepares monthly goal and performance tracking reports.
  • Interacts with client(s) for a variety of program activities, develops and prepares reports, analyzes program results as needed.
  • Manages staff in the delivery of services to the client(s) and customers according to contract.  Develops goals, measures and manages performance.
  • Defines and establishes practices and processes to accomplish contract objectives.  Assess and adjust as needed.
  • Defines and establishes program metrics in line with contractual objectives.  Tracks operations results against objectives. 
  • Conducts the annual and quarterly budgeting and monthly billing/reporting activities for program and client needs in conjunction with the finance manager.
  • Provides operational support and guidance to clients, customers and staff in the delivery of services.
  • Align with field supervisors to develop strategies to achieve goals
Qualifications:
  • B.S. Accounting, Finance ,Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years experience in client management and operations experience. 
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Operational financial analysis experience strongly preferred
  • Budgeting, Accounting (AP/AR) experience a plus
  • Excellent project/account management, problem-solving skills. Tracking, data management and reporting experience.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and communications skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a group environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
